A 12-year-old child died in Brasov on Monday evening after another child shot him in the head with a hunting rifle. According to chief commissioner Liviu Naghi, spokesperson of the Brasov County Police Inspectorate, a 38-year-old woman was driving her 12-year-old son and his 12-year-old friend from Palos to Beia in Brasov County. The woman stopped near a field and gave the children a hunting rifle in order for them to do some target practice. “One of the minors fired one shot then handed the gun to the other one. The moment he took it the rifle discharged, the bullet going through his friend’s head,” Naghi said. The child died on the spot.
