Forza Rossa, the authorised importer of the British brand Lotus, brings, to Romania, the new Venom GT model, a supercar in a limited edition, of only 10 cars a year, which can be ordered at a starting price of USD 600,000, according to a press release remitted to “Nine O’Clock”.The model is available in three versions, a basic one, which develops 725 horsepower, and two twin-turbo versions of 1,000 hp and, respectively, 1,200 hp. The new model weighs 1,220 kilos. Lotus Venom GT can reach 100 km/h in 2.5 seconds. The new model is built on a Lotus Elise/Exige carriage, has a Chevrolet engine and falls into the category of select sports cars, both in terms of price, as well as performance. The Venom GT is assembled in Silverstone, UK, and engines come from the HPE headquarters in Texas. Only 10 cars a year are produced, and the starting price is USD 600,000. The Venom GT can be ordered in Romania as well, via Forza Rossa, the official Lotus importer in the region.
