Limited-term contracts, a hindrance to bank loans

The employees seeking to take out loans from the bank they work for should be cautious about three year employment contracts, loan brokers say, according to Realitatea.net. According to the website manager.ro. Bancpost announced it would require more documents of its employees under limited-term employment contracts seeking to take loans. However, the Romanian Commercial Bank (BCR) and the Romanian Development Bank (BRD) are not going to change loan-giving norms for now. Mortgage loans are the only exception, given applicants should have had their employment contract renewed at least once before applying.
