BNP Paribas Real Estate launched Property Management business line in Romania

After entering the Romanian market in 2008 with transaction, consulting and valuation services, BNP Paribas Real Estate Romania has recently launched its Property Management business line, a press release informs. This development allows BNP Paribas Real Estate to strengthen its position on the Romanian market and extend the synergies with the other business lines: Office Transactions, Valuation, Consulting, Transaction Investment and high end Residential. “The difficulties of the Romanian real estate market encountered in the last 2 years have accelerated the steps towards a more mature market. (…) Already with two major buildings in portfolio, America House in Bucharest and Promenada Mall in Targu Mures, we are managing a total of 78.000 sq m“, said Philippe Mer, Chairman of the board of Directors – BNP Paribas Real Estate Romania. BNP Paribas Real Estate is a subsidiary of BNP Paribas, one of the world’s six ‘safest’ banks in 2009 according to Standard & Poor’s.
