The president Traian Basecu signed, yesterday, the decree for the promulgation of the Law for the modification of the Labour Code, the Presidential Administration announced.
The Government took responsibility on the bill in Parliament on March 8. The opposition subsequently filed a no-confidence motion, which fell through.
At the same time, the Social-Democrat Party (PSD) and the National Liberal Party (PNL) filed a complaint at the Constitutional Court, but the judges rejected this complaint as well, a week ago. (A. C.)
