Water polo: Ukraine 6 – Romania 19

Romania’s water polo team defeated Ukraine on Wednesday evening in Mariupol, in a game counting for Group F of the EC 2012 qualifiers, score 19-6 (3-2, 4-0, 7-3, 5-1), Agerpres informs. Our team’s goals were scored by Tiberiu Negrean (4 goals), Cosmin Radu (3), Andrei Busila (3), Andrei Iosep (2), Ramiro Georgescu (2), Alexandru Ghiban (2), Kalman Kadar (1), Dimitri Goanta (1) and Alexandru Matei (1). Sergey Pantiukov (3) and Roman Olefirenko (3) scored for Ukraine. This is the third game Romania wins. The team will next play at home against Ukraine on May 11. The group also includes Israel and Slovakia.
