Handball: Stiinta Bacau in Challenge Cup semifinals

Men’s handball club Stiinta Municipal Dedeman Bacau has qualified on Sunday for the Challenge Cup semifinals despite losing its away game against Norway’s OIF Arendal, score 23-26 (10-12), Agerpres informs. The game counted for the second leg of the quarterfinals. Stiinta won the first leg game against Arendal, score 33-24. Benfica Lisbon, Partizan Dunav Osiguranje Belgrade and RK Cimos Koper (Slovenia) also qualified for the semifinals.
