Andrei Nastase, son of Adrian Nastase, had his driver’s license suspended for 90 days, after the Bucharest Court turned down his claim opposing the Traffic Police Brigade’s decision to lift his driver’s license for over-speeding, in August 2009, as he was driving his car 140 kms/hour. The court’s ruling is definite. During the trial period, Andrei Nastase was allowed to drive his car on the basis of a provisional document.
