BCR grants credits as alternative to ‘First House’ programme

Banca Comerciala Romana (BCR) launched a financing alternative to the ‘First House 3’ programme, exclusively for the customers that cannot wait until the next phase of the programme becomes operational, at similar costs, the bank announced yesterday in a press release. The ‘BCR First House’ loan reaches the market at a moment when the bank has used its whole guaranteeing cap of EUR 64 M. The loan is aimed at the purchase of functional dwellings, has a maturity interval between 5 and 30 years, and a down payment of 15 pc.
