Gov’t to borrow EUR 6.4 bln through bonds issue

The Romanian government will borrow EUR 6.4 bln this year, via medium and long-term bond issues, a sum that is 64 pc higher than last year, according to a Standard&Poor’s report which reveals that the Romanian state has the biggest short-term debt in the EU, vs. the total balance, Mediafax informs.
