Influx of visitors at National Arena

A large number of Bucharesters (4,000 according to the televisions’ estimates) visited the National Arena, a stadium that is moving closer to  being completed, on Sunday, the “Open Doors Day” as the City Hall dubbed the event. The new stadium has 55,000 seas, 94 entrances, a floodlight  system and a pitch that has a heating system. The Bucharest General Mayor, who also inspected the works, pointed out that the fixed and mobile roofs are being installed these days. The construction of a parking lot with a  capacity for 1,800 cars will start in May. The parking lot will be located at the entrance from the Basarabia Boulevard. Another parking lot, with a capacity for 850  cars, will be built at the entrance from the Pierre de Coubertin Boulevard. The Stadium Arena will be inaugurated on August 10 when Romania will play against Argentina.
