Flute&guitar performance at Sutu Palace

The concert is performed by Ion Bogdan Stefanescu and Costin Soare. From the gracious Sonata in A major, K 330 by Mozart, to the passionate History of the Tango composed by the “modern” father of this dance, Astor Piazzolla, from the Romanian Dances by Bela Bartok, whose titles are quire relevant about their content (Jocul cu Bata <the Cudgel Dance>, Briul <the Girdle Dance>, Buciumeana, Romanian Poarga <a dance resembling the polka>, Maruntelul), Farewell to Stromness to the Scottish ballad by the Briton Peter Maxwell Davies – three flutes and one guitar will take you on a one-hour colourful and emotion-filled journey.

Address: Blvd. I.C. Bratianu 2, 19.00 hours
