Two injured in accident at Severin Nuclear Direction for Nuclear Activities

Two people were injured in a work accident which occurred, Tuesday afternoon, at the Drobeta Turnu Severin Nuclear Direction for Nuclear Activities, after falling from a high position, while setting up a piece of equipment on the Romag Termo platform. According to the Romag Termo platform manager, Gabriel Balaci, the two are employees of the company Confort, contracted to conduct some works. The victims were rushed to the Drobeta Turnu Severin County Hospital, in two ambulances and, according to preliminary information supplied by the medical team, the two sustained several injuries and fractures, from the fall. The Territorial Labour inspectors initiated an investigation at the scene of the accident.
