Efforts aimed at starting tourist cooperation between Sinaia and Avaza

The minister of Tourism and Regional Development, Elena Udrea today met a Turkmen delegation led by Deryageldi Orazov, deputy premier of Turkmenistan. During the meeting, the Romanian official reaffirmed the interest for starting tourist cooperation between the mountain resort of Sinaia and Avaza, a Caspian Sea resort in Turkmenistan, reads a press release. Elena Udrea met the Turkmen official during the proceedings of the second session of the Romanian-Turkmen Joint Inter-government Commission for economic, technical and scientific cooperation. The two officials emphasised the need to boost economic cooperation between the two states and to stimulate investments aimed at developing bilateral projects, as part of the bilateral strategic partnership.
