Survey: Only 22 pc of Romanians are interested by R. Moldova

An overwhelming 82 pc of Romanians say they have little – if any – information about the Republic of Moldova, finds a survey on ‘The Republic of Moldova in the conscience of Romanian public,’ whose results were released by the Soros Foundation yesterday, quoted by the Evenimentul Zilei. Only 1 pc of subjects said they are very well informed, while 10 pc are well informed about the situation of the neighbor state. The answers to the question “To what degree are you interested by what is happening in the Republic of Moldova” proved that 38 pc of subjects have only little interest in the matter, and 32 pc have very little interest or no interest at all. Only 22 pc of Romanians are interested to a high and very high degree by the evolutions on the opposite bank of the Prut River.
