Police raids the homes of people suspected of illegally cutting trees

Police officers and gendarmes on Thursday morning searched 43 homes of people suspected of crimes against forest laws, the Romanian Police informs, quoted by Mediafax. The 85 suspects are probed for stealing wood from public forests and illegal woodcutting. Various pieces of evidence were seized during the searches.
