Olaroiu to succeed Razvan Lucescu?

Romanian Football Federation (FRF) President Mircea Sandu talked on Digi Sport this week-end about his disappointment with current national team head coach Razvan Lucescu and admitted that his first option for a replacement is Cosmin Olaroiu (currently coaching Steaua). “I’m telling you for the first time that Cosmin Olaroiu is the top contender. He is also the only contender, Piturca is an option Gigi Becali came up with,” Sandu said for Digi Sport. The head of the FRF pointed out that he will call on Olaroiu only if the national team loses its June 3 game against Bosnia. National team sources quoted by the press state that Razvan Lucescu may not be present on the coaching bench during the game against Bosnia.
