PSD no-confidence motion on drugs returns to initiator

Mircea Dusa, leader of the PSD group within the Lower Chamber, announced yesterday in the plenum that PSD and PNL have filed the “PDL – recreational drugs’ party” no-confidence motion signed by 140 MPs. The Chamber Permanent Bureau yet decided to give back to motion to its initiators, for it used the name of a party in the title and thus broke the Chamber’s regulations.  As a matter of fact, Ioan Oltean (PDL) warned  that this is the first time since 1990 that a no-confidence vote is filed against a party. Mircea Dusa promised to file again the motion next week.
