Mozart concert at Radio Hall

The pianist Horia Mihail, alongside the Romanian Radio Chamber Orchestra, conducted by Cristian Sandu, will offer a concert at Bucharest’s Radio Hall, tomorrow, June 8, starting 7pm. Horia Mihail will delight us with the Concerto no. 17 in G major for piano and orchestra, K.453, by W.A. Mozart, the Radio Choirs and Orchestras inform. Also from the Austrian composer’s body of work, the public will have a chance to hear the Overture to the opera Don Giovanni, K. 527.
Tickets are available at the Radio Hall’s box-office and via the Eventim network. Horia Mihail is one of the most celebrated Romanian contemporary pianists, who can boast over 1,000 concerts alongside most symphonic orchestras in Romania and prestigious European and American orchestras. This April, Horia Mihail embarked on a tour of recitals in 12 Romanian cities, within the “Travelling Piano” project.
