Miroslav Klose to leave Bayern Munich

Striker Miroslav Klose will leave Bayern Munich this summer, the two sides failing to reach an agreement on a contract extension, the German club announced on Monday. “Negotiations did not lead to an agreement and his contract, which will end on June 30 this year, will not be extended,” Bayern pointed out in a brief communiqué. Miroslav Klose (32) scored 24 goals in 98 championship games played for Bayern since 2007. According to the German press, he might continue his career in Spain.
