Since the start of the training stage is approaching fast, Steaua is intensifying its search for a new head coach. The latest option mentioned by owner Gigi Becali is just as surprising as that of appointing Ladislau Boloni as head coach: Italy’s Cristiano Bergodi who previously coached Steaua for a few months’ time at the start of the 2009/2010 season, realitatea.net informs. However, it remains to be seen whether the Italian head coach will accept the offer, considering the not quite friendly manner in which the two sides parted ways.
