Established in 2007 through the partnership of two experienced lawyers, Nicholas Hammond and Cristian Bogaru, the firm offers services in fields of commercial law, real estate, finance and banking, insurance, labour law, IT and communications, pharmaceuticals and intelectual property. Nicholas Hammond has the experience of over 30 years of legal practice in law firms such as: Hicks Arnold, Taylor Johnson Garett now Taylor Wessing, Arent Fox and Linklaters. He has been involved in the privatization process of Romanian companies in the early 90s, with particular experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, banking and finance and real estate.
Cristian Bogaru acted as a legal adviser in Switzerland in collaboration with the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs and as a Romanian lawyer. He is actively involved in major projects in Eastern Europe and has consultancy and litigation experience as well as corporate law, labour law, intelectual property and commercial international contracts.
The Firm has close relationships with law firms and consultants in other jurisdictions to provide legal advice and services to Romanian companies and individuals who are seeking to conduct business in other countries.
