Senator Serban Radulescu, former PDL member, joins PC

The senator Serban Radulescu, an ex-member of the Democratic Liberal Party (PDL), announced, yesterday, in the Senate assembly, that he had joined the Conservative Party (PC). He added that he would become a member of the Social-Democrat Party (PSD)+PC parliamentary group. Serban Radulescu announced his resignation from PDL on May 30.
Political sources, quoted by Mediafax, had claimed as early as May 19 that Serban Radulescu could resign from PDL and join PC, which could nominate him the party’s candidate for the presidency of the Cluj County Council (CJ), in the 2012 local elections.
