Government may pass ordinances during Parliament recess

The Chamber of Deputies on Tuesday passed with 153 votes to 92, and 2 abstentions, a draft law that allows the government to pass ordinances during the Parliament recess. The act allows the Executive to issue ordinances in five sectors that do not make the object of organic laws: finance, transport, communications, education-research,
and health.
