Alinso Group develops Romania’s first “green” industrial warehouse

Alinso Group, the developer of Ploiesti West Park – one of the largest and most modern industrial and business parks in Eastern Europe – opened Tuesday in Ploiesti the first ecological industrial warehouse ever built in the country, covering a surface of 17,800 square meters, reads a press release. The building, which will be certified under the BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Association Method) standards – the most used method of evaluating the environmental impact of buildings, devised in the United Kingdom in 1990 – is the first construction dedicated to small and medium-sized companies (SME).
