Ursus opens mini-brewery worth over EUR 1 M in Cluj

Ursus Breweries company will open, on July 7, a mini-brewery in the town of Cluj-Napoca, which will produce a special, unfiltered beer. The investment exceeds EUR 1 M. The opening will be marked by “an event that addresses consumers,” Mediafax informs. The investment in the mini-brewery started on March 30, at the premises of the former Cluj-Napoca brewery, which the company closed over economic reasons. The new unit is located in a century-old building. The president of Ursus Breweries, Gary Whitlie said in March that “the Ursus beer factory” will produce a special, unfiltered beer that will be sold only in Cluj-Napoca.
