Dinamo is going through a difficult period from the point of view of its finances and results, its shareholders looking for solutions to redress the situation. The possibility that Astra owner Ioan Niculae might take over the club has come back into focus against this backdrop, prosport.ro informs. Niculae is offering EUR 7 M for the club plus the payment of its debts that total EUR 16 M. ‘ProSport’ however also mentions that an offer could be coming from the former Soviet region, mentioning Shakhtar Donetsk head coach Mircea Lucescu’s connection.
