On Tuesday Moody’s withdrew its “Ba3” rating for RCS&RDS “out of business reasons” that have nothing to do with the accuracy of the information provided by the company or with other factors concerning the company’s situation, Mediafax informs. The financial ratings agency noted in a communiqué that it withdrew the company’s rating out of business reasons and pointed to the rating withdrawal policy posted on its website. In February 2010 Moody’s gave RCS&RDS a “Ba3” rating and in January 2011 it modified its outlook from stable to negative.
