Dacia car registrations decline in France and Spain

Registration of new Dacia cars in France fell 22.1 per cent, to 47,738 units in the first half, on a market up 1 per cent, to 1.22 M units, according to Friday’s data published by the French Auto­mobile Manufacturers Association (CCFA), Me­dia­fax reports. The downtrend also applies to Spain, were Dacia registrations dropped 39 per cent January-June of this year, from 11,900 auto vehicles year on year to 7,250, a decline sharper than the nearly 27 per cent posted by the Spanish automobile market, according to data from the Spanish Automobile Importers Association.
