Modernising 100 km of DN73 costs RON 276 M

The consortium formed by Azvi-Straco Grup-Piomar Development-Tractebel Engineering will modernise approximately 100 km of National Road (DN) 73 Pitesti-Campulung-Brasov, under a contract worth RON 275.86 M (EUR 65.3 M, VAT exclusive) it signed yesterday with the Romanian National Company of Motorways and National Roads (CNADNR), Mediafax reports. The date estimated for issuing the order to start the works is July 15, 2011. The design will take 5.5 months, the execution 28 months, and the warranty period will be 10 years.
