Voting by correspondence – possibly postponed for the next parliamentary elections

The law of voting for correspondence might be enforced during the next elections for the Parliament, in 2012, if the draft act will be adopted and promulgated this autumn, Foreign Minister Teodor Baconschi said yesterday during the first edition of the Bucharest International Forum. “For now, I will submit the draft law to the Permanent National Bureau of PDL, in view of political support, and then it will be discussed with UDMR in the coalition, it will return to the government for a second reading, and finally it will be submitted to the Parliament this autumn,” explained the minister.
