The blog of MEP Cristian Preda has been hacked. He says a possible reason of the attack could be his recent pro-Israeli statements, as it seems the hackers are Iranian. ‘I do not exclude that my latest pro-Israeli positions may have caused some annoyance, because I made a very determined commitment in the EP against the unilateral proclamation of the state of Palestine at the UN. But that is just an assumption. As a matter of fact, MEPs’ blogs are now linked to various networks, which makes them very easy to hack’, Preda told Mediafax.
