Brass band music concert at Turda Salt Mine

The Turda Salt Mine will host, on Saturday, July 23, a concert offered by famous brass bands in Romania, part of the “Turda Salt Mine Promotion” project, funded out of European money. The concert will take place in the Rudolf Mine amphitheatre, which can accommodate 100 spectators, starting 11am, and marks a premiere in Romania, in terms of the venue. The first record of salt exploitation mine in Turda dates from 1271. Between January 2008 and January 2010, the Turda Salt Mine underwent a modernisation process.
