The Turkish director Nuri Bilge Ceylan, the winner of the Grand Prize in the 2011 Cannes Film Festival, will be the special guest of this year’s edition of the Anonimul Festival, to take place between August 8 and 14 in Sfantu Gheorghe, in the Danube Delta. The director will be accompanied at Anonimul by Ercan Kesal, actor and co-writer of “Once Upon a Time in Anatolia”, and Mehmet Eryilmaz, film supervisor. The three guests will offer a masterclass at the Anonimul Film Festival, on August 11, after the screening of “Once Upon a Time in Anatolia”. The celebrated Danube Delta festival will kick off, this year, with a screening of this year’s Palme d’Or-winner, “The Tree of Life”, by Terence Malick.
