Turkish director Nuri Bilge Ceylan, special guest at ‘Anonimul’

The Turkish director Nuri Bilge Cey­lan, the winner of the Grand Prize in the 2011 Cannes Film Festival, will be the special guest of this year’s edition of the Anonimul Festival, to take place between August 8 and 14 in Sfantu Gheorghe, in the Danube Delta. The director will be accompanied at Anonimul by Ercan Kesal, actor and co-writer of “Once Upon a Time in Anatolia”, and Mehmet Eryilmaz, film supervisor. The three guests will offer a masterclass at the Anonimul Film Festival, on August 11, after the screening of “Once Upon a Time in Anatolia”. The celebrated Danube Delta festival will kick off, this year, with a screening of this year’s Palme d’Or-winner, “The Tree of Life”, by Terence Malick.
