On August 10, Romania’s national football team will play against San Marino, the weakest national side according to the FIFA rankings, ‘Evenimentul Zilei’ informs, quoting the Romanian Football Federation (FRF). Romania should have played against Argentina but the South American side cancelled the game that should have inaugurated Bucharest’s new National Arena. Uzbekistan refused a friendly too, so the Romanian Football Federation’s bosses seem to have arranged a game against San Marino, a team that has won only one game in its whole history, namely one against Liechtenstein. The game will be played in Italy, at Rimini. (A.C.)
