‘Music of Romanian Palaces’ starts on Saturday

The second edition of the “Muzica Palatelor Romaniei/ Music of Romanian Palaces” National Tour will take place between August 6 and 21, organized by Radio Romania Cultural and ExcesMusic, via the “Oportunitati la tine acasa”, funded by the Roma­nian Musicians’ Performing Creation Union. During the six recitals, the Cantabile Quartet from Iasi will delight music-lovers with works by Franz Schubert, Joseph Haydn and Hugo Wolf. The concerts will take place on August 6 – on the Danube Seafront in Galati, on August 7 – at the Sturdza Castle in Miclau­seni, on August 10 – at the Union Museum in Iasi, on August 18 – at the Cluj-Napoca Art Museum, on August 20 – at the Peles Castle and on August 21 – at the Mogosoaia Palace. The August 6 concert will start at 8pm, while the others are to start at 5pm.
