Four get injured in work accident at Iasi

Four Chinese workers were injured Saturday in a work accident that occurred in the town of Iasi, when the concrete platform they were building gave up. Several ISU and SMURD rescue teams and ambulances responded, dug the men out of the rubble, and took them to hospital. The first worker didn’t need to be taken to the hospital. Two of victims escaped with fractures and concussions, while the fourth suffered extensive trauma. Doctors are reserved about his chances of survival. Labour inspectors opened a probe aimed at finding the exact circumstances of the accident.
