Weddings between underage children continue to take place in the Roma community, realitatea.net informs. Two children, a 7-year-old and an 8-year-old, married this week-end in Galati, their wedding having 200 guests. Many of the guests had knives on them, the wedding taking place on two streets in Ivesti, Galati County. The girl’s family received a gift of 200 gold coins, the equivalent of more than RON 400,000. Galati County’s Child Protection Service and Police Inspectorate were notified.
