Bucharest searches aimed at caching “Metin” gang members

Police raided six Bucharest homes yesterday morning, seeking to catch members of the “Metin” criminal gang, known as quite violent, who has recently been involved in an incident in which they used rubber ball guns. According to Bucharest Police spokeswoman Diana Sarca, police are seeking to bring into effect seven  warrants for missing court appearances for members of the “Metin” gang, known for their being extremely violent and dangerous. Bucharest Police Command Leadership availed itself of the opportunity to  reiterate its zero tolerance towards law offenders, adding that, while not all the incidents can be prevented, authorities’ reaction will always be prompt.
