The most influential Romanian MEPs

Marian Jean Marinescu (PDL), Adina Valean (PNL) and Renate Weber (PNL) are the most influential Romanian MEP, according to a survey authored by Qvorum – the European Institute for Participative Democracy. Romanian MEPs Corneliu Vadim Tudor and George Becali were at the opposite end. The survey took into account objective criteria such as offices held, the reports and notifications received and their impact, as well as whether the MEPs presided, organized or took part in high-level international meetings.
