Audience’s darling, Yanni, will give a live concert in Bucharest, today. This is his first concert of the European leg of his tour “Truth of Touch”. It will be followed by gigs in Hungary, Turkey, China, South Korea, Oman, United Arab Emirates, Russia and Puerto Rico. Yanni will spend several days in Romania, with the final rehearsals to unfold in Romania’s capital.
The artist’s management crew has conveyed Yanni’s requests, among which a pitch-dark bedroom, six litres of bottled drinking water and a room-service table with supper and salad plates, soup bowls, silverware, wine and water glasses. At breakfast, he likes to have decaf coffee, peanut butter and strawberry jam.

Rock at Wings Club
The Napalm Death concert at Bucharest’s Wings Club (Str. Mihai Eminescu 127), 8 pm, and Iasi Rock Festival (www.rockniasi.ro) will have Romanian bands Lost Society, Spiritual Ravishment and Negative Core as opening acts. The event is organized by Alternative Music Experience, a partnership between King Size Production and Bring the Noise.
