A cab driver was fatally stabbed in the neck on Obreja Street in Bucharest’s District 4. A woman called 112 after seeing a man running out from a cab. When she approached the vehicle the woman noticed that the cab driver had been stabbed in the neck and was bleeding profusely. “We received a call stating that a cab driver had been the victim of an aggression. A SMURD crew went to the scene but was only able to establish the victim’s death. The victim had been stabbed in the neck. At this moment the Bucharest Court’s Prosecutor’s Office and the Bucharest Police have taken over the investigations,” Bucharest Police spokesperson Diana Sarca stated on Realitatea TV.
