Bank Leumi Romania joins First Home 4 program

Bank Leumi Romania and the National Loan Guarantee Fund for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (FNGCIMM) signed a protocol by which the lending institution joined the fourth stage of the First Home program, a release by the bank informs. The bank will grant loans up to EUR 7.2 M, both for the buying of homes built or under construction, as well as the buying of homes yet to be built. The terms for the granting of loans remain unchanged from the earlier stages of the program. Thus, for loans in RON, the interest will be the equivalent of the three-month ROBOR + 2.45 pc (the bank’s margin), while the interest for loans in foreign currency will correspond to the three-month EURIBOR + 3.95 pc. FNGCIMM’s commission amounts to 0.49 pc/ year.
