A Korean company is willing to buy “as many shares as possible” in EnergoNuclear, the company that develops the project of the construction of reactors 3 and 4 of the Cernavoda nuclear power plant, the general manager of the NPP, Ionel Bucur said yesterday during a specialised seminar. EnergoNuclear is 84.65 pc controlled by the state, through Nuclearelectrica. Other shareholders are Enel Investment Holding, with 9.15 pc, and ArcelorMittal Galati, with 6.2 pc.
