Constanta man cuts industrial worker’s safety rope

An industrial worker in Constanta was severely injured on Saturday afternoon after a man cut his safety rope and he fell down 15 metres from a block of flats, according to Mediafax. The climber was working on the building’s thermal insulation. Constanta Police said the rope was cut by a man who lives on the third floor of the building and whose apartment is already thermally insulated. According to investigators, the man accused the climber that he was ruining the insulation on his apartment. Since the climber continued working, the man cut his safety rope. The climber was rushed to hospital with a broken ankle, but doctors suspect he may suffer from more severe lesions, as he said he could not feel his legs.
