Two persons were killed and three others were injured in a car crash that took place on Saturday morning on Bucharest’s Floreasca Boulevard, a cab being violently hit by another vehicle, Mediafax informs. Andrei Andronie, the driver that caused the accident, was placed under preventive arrest for 29 days for third degree murder. The decision can be attack through appeal. Andronie (20) was driving a BMW vehicle on Saturday morning at 5 AM when he violently crashed into a cab. The cab driver and a woman passenger died on the spot. Andronie refused the breathalyzer test. He was taken in for investigations, being accused of third degree murder. The young man was studying abroad and had recently returned to Bucharest.
