Oltchim Ramnicu Valcea defeated Germany’s Buxtehuder SV, score 28-22 (12-9) on Sunday evening and qualified for Champions League’s main groups’ stage. Oltchim, who topped the Group D rankings, was already qualified but needed a win in order to stay in the race for the top position in the group. Oltchim will next play a home game against Itxako on November 13.
