ANAF grants VAT refunds worth RON 1.4 bln in November

The National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) will grant to companies VAT refunds worth RON 1.4 bln in November, resulting from balance sheets submitted until October 25, the institutions announced in a press release.

Fiscal authorities will refund through compensation and restitution a sum of RON 1.15 bln, will integrally compensate RON 260.4 M and partly compensate RON 12 M. In the case of the sums to be refunded (RON 1.06 bln in total), the effective payment was scheduled in three installments, with the first – worth RON 226.5 M – being already paid on November 9. The second installment, worth RON 303 M, will be paid on November 24, and the third (RON 537 M) will be refunded on November 29.
