The Bucharester that won EUR 5.5 M with a lottery ticket he bought on November 13, at 13:13 hours, has collected the grand prize. Dressed modestly, the man went to the Romanian Lottery headquarters accompanied by his best friend. According to realitatea.net, the winner is Paul G., a 52-year-old Bucharester who is married and lives in a modest apartment in Colentina neighborhood. The winner confessed that he is an old lottery player but no longer played constantly lately.
