As of November 2011, Cristian Petre, Senior Partner of Danila, Petre & Asociatii (DPA), will provide legal consultancy services for the development of the legislative frame related to the Optional Pension Funds Law, within the “Moldova Dutch TA – TF Financial Sector Reform” Grant, a press release informs. The main directions of the consultancy activity will include assessment, providing international reference values concerning the best expertise in the regulation of optional pension funds and the development of the legislative frame subordinated to the optional pension funds bill.
